The registration fee includes conference admission, course syllabus, morning/afternoon snacks and lunch.

on-line immediately following the registration process.  If you would prefer not to register on-line.

Cancellation Policy

A written notice of registration cancellation must be received by Friday, August 14, 2009 for a full refund.  After this date, cancellation requests cannot be honored and refunds will not be given.

The R. David Thomas Center opened in 1989 and was named in honor of the late Dave Thomas, founder of Wendy's International, Inc.  As part of Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, the Thomas Center provides state-of-the-art meeting space as well as contemporary accomodations, and modern comforts.
The Thomas Center is located in the heart of Durham, North Carolina on the West Campus of Duke University.
